Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 6 medium potatoes
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 cup cream of chicken soup
• 1 pint sour cream
• 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
• 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes, peel and grate
Put in 9x13 baking dish
Pour melted margarine over potatoes
Mix soup, sour cream, onion, and cheese together
Mix lightly with potatoes
Top with crushed Ritz Crackers

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
