Ingredients
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 soup can milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup uncooked rice, instant
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except cheese; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and let stand 10 min.
Toss with a fork 2-4 times. Put a layer of rice mixture in a greased 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish.
Add a layer of cheese. Repeat layers and bake at 350° for 10-15 min.
