Ingredients
- 750 ML WHITE WINE
- 1/2 GALLON APPLE CIDER
- 1 CUP KOSHER SALT
- 2 TBSP GARLIC POWDER
- 2 TBSP ONION POWDER
- 1/2 TBSP GROUND ROSEMARY
- 1/2 TBSP GROUND MARJORAM
- 1/2 TBSP GROUND THYME
- 1 TSP GROUND CLOVES
- 1 TSP GROUND NUTMEG
- 1 TBSP GROUND CINNAMON

Step 1
PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS INTO A STOCK POT AND BRING TO A BOIL... STIRRING BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND LET COOL TO ROOM TEMP, PLACE MEAT INTO LARGE BUCKET AND POUR BRINE OVER MEAT, COVER AND PLACE INTO FRIDGE FOR 4 - 12 HOURS TURNING SEVERAL TIMES THEN COOK
