Ingredients
- 4 - Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 T - Olive Oil
- 2 - large Garlic Cloves (minced)
- 3/4 c - Water
- 1/2 tsp - Cumin
- 1/2 tsp - Paprika
- 1 tsp - Chili Powder
- 1/4 tsp - Cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp - Oregano
- 1/4 tsp - Thyme
- 1/2 tsp - Onion Powder
- 1 tsp - Chicken Bouillon
- 1 tsp - Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp - Sugar
- 1/2 tsp - Salt
- 1 - large onion (sliced)
- 2 - Bell Peppers (red, yellow or green)

Step 1
Saute chicken and garlic in oil for 5 min. Add onion and peppers and cook 1 min. Add water and spices and cook until bubbly. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas. Top with sour scream and avocado. Wrap and serve with fresh pico de gallo.
