Ingredients

  • 4 - Chicken Breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 T - Olive Oil
  • 2 - large Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 3/4 c - Water
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp - Paprika
  • 1 tsp - Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp - Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp - Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp - Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp - Chicken Bouillon
  • 1 tsp - Cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp - Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt
  • 1 - large onion (sliced)
  • 2 - Bell Peppers (red, yellow or green)

Step 1

Saute chicken and garlic in oil for 5 min. Add onion and peppers and cook 1 min. Add water and spices and cook until bubbly. Spoon chicken mixture into tortillas. Top with sour scream and avocado. Wrap and serve with fresh pico de gallo.
