Ingredients
- Pie crust mix for one 9" pie crust or already made pie crust.
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 2 cups heavy or whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 lb. (1 cup) Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
Prepare pie crust. Spread butter on pie crust.
In mixing bowl cream together eggs and salt until well blended. Stir in cheese. Pour cream mixture into pie crust.
Bake 15 minutes. Turn oven temperature down to 325 degrees and bake for another 35 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
