Ingredients

  • 1

    white onion chopped

  • 1

    cup whole unsalted butter

  • 2

    stalks celery chopped

  • 2

    T. Old Bay seasoning

  • 1

    T. minced garlic

  • 4

    cups clam broth

  • 2

    lbs. shucked lobster meat

  • 1

    t. paprika

  • 1

    qt. heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In large pot sauté in butter the celery, onion, garlic and spices. Once browned on medium to high heat, pour in clam broth and let reduce by half. Then add the cream to thicken, and lobster meat. Serves 6-8.
