Ingredients

  • 2- 12 oz cans corn

  • ½

    cup butter

  • ½

    cup sugar

  • 1

    T Flour

  • ½

    cup evaporated milk

  • 2

    eggs beaten

  • tsp baking powder

  • 1

    T melted butter

  • ¼

    cup sugar

  • ½

    tsp cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven 350* -Melt butter in med saucepan and add sugar. -Remove from heat and stir in flour, blend well. -Stir in milk, eggs and baking powder. -Add corn and mix well. -Pour into buttered 1 quart baking dish. -Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinn/sugar mixture. -Bake for 40 min.
