Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/4 C. butter or margarine
- 1 T. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 C. sour cream
- 8 oz. noodles, cooked and drained

Step 1
In large skillet, cook and stir beef and onion until meat is browned. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper, and mushrooms; cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in soup; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes.
Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over noodles.
