Ingredients
- Use on one medium head of cauliflower.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheese
- 5 drops red pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Heat butter over low heat until melted. Blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese and pepper sauce. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
