Ingredients
- 1 CUP SWEET HOT MUSTARD
- 1/4 CUP HONEY MOLASSES MIX
- 1/4 CUP EXTRA V. OLIVE OIL
- 2 TSP LEMON ZEST
- 1 TSP GRANULATED GARLIC
- 1 TSP ONION POWDER
- 1 TBSP KOSHER SALT
- 1/2 TBSP CAYENNE PEPPER
- 1/2 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
- 1 CUP WHITE WINE

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, TRIM MEAT OF EXCESSIVE FAT AND PUT INTO TUPPERWARE TYPE CONTAINER, POUR MARINADE OVER MEAT AND LET MARINADE 24 HOURS BEFORE GRILLING OR COOKING
