Ingredients

  • 1 CUP SWEET HOT MUSTARD
  • 1/4 CUP HONEY MOLASSES MIX
  • 1/4 CUP EXTRA V. OLIVE OIL
  • 2 TSP LEMON ZEST
  • 1 TSP GRANULATED GARLIC
  • 1 TSP ONION POWDER
  • 1 TBSP KOSHER SALT
  • 1/2 TBSP CAYENNE PEPPER
  • 1/2 TBSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 CUP WHITE WINE

Preparation

Step 1

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, TRIM MEAT OF EXCESSIVE FAT AND PUT INTO TUPPERWARE TYPE CONTAINER, POUR MARINADE OVER MEAT AND LET MARINADE 24 HOURS BEFORE GRILLING OR COOKING
