Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 cup chopped celery
- 3 cup butter and or broth combination
- 1-2 T salt
- 1 T thyme
- 1 1/2 T sage
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2-3 loaves of bread cubed

Step 1
-Melt butter in large sauté pan.
-Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
-Add seasoning and cook til fragrant.
-Pour butter mixture and broth if using any over bread.
-Make adjustment to taste with S&P if necessary .
-Mix well, pour into baking dish.
-Bake at 325* for 30 min
