Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 can diced tomato (14 oz)
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 1/2 cups frozen spinach or frozen green beans
- 3/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook ground beef ans onion in large skillet until no longer pink. Drain fat. Add spices. Mix well
Stir in broth, tomatoes and tomato paste. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta/ Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 10 min. Stir in spinach and 1/2 cup of the feta cheese. Cover. Cook 5 min longer.
Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup of feta.
Note: I did not add spinach or green beans.
