  • 1 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter (room temperature)
  • 2 c. confectioners'sifted sugar
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsps. vanilla

Step 1

Put peanut butter & butter in large mixing bowl. Blend using electric mixer on low speed until fluffy, 30 sec. Stop mixer, add confectioners' sugar, 3 tbsp. milk and vanilla. Mix on low speed until sugar is well combined, 1 min. Increase speed to medium & beat until frosting lightens and is fluffy. 1 minute more. Blend in up to 1 tbsp. milk if the frosting seems too stiff.
