  • 1 LB LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1/2 CUP UNCOOKED WHITE RICE
  • 1/2 CUP WATER
  • 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION
  • 1/2 CUP WATER
  • 1/2 TSP CELERY SALT
  • 1/8 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 1/8 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 15 OZ TOMATO SAUCE
  • 1 CUP WATER

Preparation

Step 1

IN A LARGE BOWL COMBINE GROUND BEEF,
RICE, ½ CUP WATER SALT, CELERY SALT,
GARLIC POWDER, AND PEPPER, SHAPE INTO
BALLS. BROWN IN PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT
COMBINE TOMATO SAUCE AND 1 CUP WATER
POUR OVER BALLS COAT THE BALLS AND
LET SIMMER 1 HR


OR MAKE INTO BALLS AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 45 MINS
