Twice-Baked Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 8oz Borden's onion dip
  • 1/4 pound turkey bacon (about 9 slices), diced and cooked
  • 3/4 -1 cup sharp shredded cheddar
  • 1 jar old english cheese
  • chopped jalapeno peppers
  • Dash pepper

Preparation

Step 1

•Bake the potatoes at 375° for 1-1 1/2hour or until tender.
Cool. Cut each potato in half longways.
Scoop out pulp, leaving a thin shell.
In a large bowl, mash the pulp mix well with all the other ingredients
salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into the potato shells.

• Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 275° for 25-30 until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Yield: 8servings.
