Ingredients
- 2 C. Chicken Broth
- 2 T. White Wine
- 1/4 Onion, peeled
- 1 Celery Stalk, halved
- 2 Granny Smith Apples, quartered (seeds removed)
- 2 Potatoes, Baked & quartered
- 1/8 t. Dried Thyme
- 1/8 t. Nutmeg
- Pinch of White Pepper
- 1 C. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients, except the cheese, into a blender (Blendtec) in the order listed; secure the lid.
Blend for 6-7 minutes on high or until heavy steam escapes from the vented lid.
Reduce the blender's speed and carefully remove the lid. Drop in the cheese & blend for 15 more seconds.
