Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 3 lg Granny Smith applies, peeled and thinly sliced
- 6 tbs sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c skim milk
- 1 tbs fat-free sour cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400
Melted butter in oven proof pan. Add apples, sugar and cinnamon.
Sautee and stir 3-5 minutes. Remove heat.
In bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Add flour, milk and sour cream, salt and zest.
Beat until smooth batter forms.
Pour over apples and bake about 25 minutes.
