Ingredients
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp yeast
- 4 4 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tbs salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix yeast, sugar and warm water. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Blend yeast mixture with 4 cups flour, salt and oil. Mix with dough hook until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl (approximately 10 minutes). Add more flour if needed.
3. Press out on an oiled 9 x 13 jelly roll pan and lightly brush the top with oil. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for 25 minutes.
