  • 2 (3 9z.) package lemon gelatin
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 3 Tbs. Confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teas. Vanilla
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 (15 oz.) can blueberries

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water; cool.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Add chilled gelatin; mix until blended.
Fold in whipped cream.
Turn into mold and chill until firm.
For second layer, dissolve remaining gelatin in 1 and 1/2 cups boiling water.
Add blueberries plus liquid.
Pour over cheese layer;
Chill
