Ingredients
- Cooking Spray
- 1 1/2 lb Pink Salmon fillets, four 6oz pieces, about 1 inch thick
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Dill, fresh, chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Season both sides of salmon with salt and pepper; place salmon in prepared baking dish. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon Mustard, honey, water, vinegar, dry mustard and garlic powder. Remove half sauce and set aside. Brush remaining half of sauce on salmon. Add dill to reserved half of sauce. Roast until salmon is fork tender, about 15 minutes. Serve salmon with reserved sauce spooned over top. Serve immediately.
