Ingredients
- 2 quarts stock
- 3/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 T dry rosemary
- 1 T dry sage
- 1 T dry thyme
- _____________
- 2 quarts cold water added to help cool the brine

Preparation
Step 1
-Cook brine until the salt and sugar are dissolved.
-Add cold water.
-Brine turkey 1hr per # ( I usually cook a 15-20 pounder)
