Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 LBS GROUND BEEF
  • 1 1/2 LBS ITALIAN SAUSAGE
  • 2 CHOP MED ONION
  • 1 1/2 CHOP GREEN PEPPER
  • 36 – 48 OZ TOMATO PASTE
  • 45 – 60 OZ TOMATO SAUCE
  • 2 – 3 CUP WATER
  • 1 TBSP OREGANO
  • 1 TBSP PARSLEY
  • 3 – 4 TSP GARLIC POWDER
  • 2 – 3 BAY LEAF

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT BUTTER, OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, AND ONION
IN LARGE SAUCE PAN, ADD IN BEEF AND
SAUSAGE, BROWN THEN AD IN DRY
SEASONINGS MIX WELL. ADD IN LIQUIDS
MIX WELL LET SIMMER 3 TO 4 HOURS
