Ingredients

  • 3 LB PORK SAUSAGE BULK
  • 2 LARGE ONIONS
  • 2 CUP MUSHROOMS
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC
  • 28 OZ DICED TOMATO
  • 30 OZ TOMATO SAUCE
  • 6 OZ TOMATO PASTE
  • 1 TBSP BASIL
  • 1 TSP OREGANO
  • 1 TBSP SUGAR
  • 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  • 1/2 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES

Preparation

Step 1

HEAT BUTTER, OLIVE OIL, GARLIC, AND ONION
IN LARGE SAUCE PAN, ADD IN BEEF AND
SAUSAGE, BROWN THEN AD IN DRY
SEASONINGS MIX WELL. ADD IN LIQUIDS
MIX WELL LET SIMMER 3 TO 4 HOURS
