Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 1 DICED RED PEPPER
  • 1 DICED ONION
  • 2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 2 LB GROUND BEEF
  • 2 BEATEN EGGS
  • 3/4 CUP BREAD CRUMBS
  • 1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1 TBSP WORCESTERSHIRE
  • 1 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR
  • 1 TBSP BASIL
  • 1 TSP SALT
  • 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 CUP MARINARA SAUCE
  • 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE

Preparation

Step 1

MIX IN A LARGE BOWL ALL INGREDIENTS
MOLD INTO A LOAF, PLACE INTO PAN
BAKE IN OVEN AT 350 FOR 1 1/2 TO 2 HOURS
