Ingredients

  • 3 – 5 LB ROAST
  • 1 1/2 TSP SALT
  • 1 1/2 TSP PEPPER
  • 2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
  • 2 DICED ONIONS
  • 6 – 8 CUT CARROTS
  • 1 CUP RED WINE ( OPTIONAL )
  • 3 CUPS BEEF BROTH
  • 1 TSP ROSEMARY
  • 1 TSP THYME

Preparation

Step 1

TRIM MEAT OF EXCESSIVE FAT , PLACE
ADD ALL INGREADENTS INTO DEEP
BAKE IN 350 F OVEN FOR 1 ½ TO 2 HR
OR TILL DONE
