- 4 Bell Peppers (any color)
- 1 cup Cooked Rice
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (Italian seasoned)
- 1/4 cup Diced Onion
- 1 rib Celery, diced
- 1 handful Frozen Corn
- Grated Cheese
- 1 lb Ground Beef

Step 1
Cut the tops off and hallow out bell peppers. Chop top of peppers. Brown ground beef with onion and left over pepper tops. Mix beef with cooked rice, diced tomatoes, corn, celery, and salt and pepper to taste. Fill peppers with mixture. Top with cheese. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350
