Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 10 oz mini peanut butter cups

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350
In large mixing bowl cream butters and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix again. Add salt, soda, and vanilla and mix well. Slowly add in the flour mixing just until combined. Add chips and peanut butter cups and mix until peanut butter cups are distributed evenly throughout dough.
Spread into a greased 9x13" pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Store covered at room temperature.
