Purple Slaw

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • 1 small red onion, rings
  • 1 small red cabbabe, shredded
  • 1 medium cauliflower, cut into pieces
  • 1 bunch broccoli, chopped
  • 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
  • 1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 2 c. mayo
  • 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Place veggies in bowl with peas on top.
Spread with dressing, put bacon on top and refrigerate.
Toss before serving.
