CORNED BEEF & CABBAGE & MARMALADE GLAZE

Ingredients

  • Non stick oil spray
  • 1 c orange marmalade
  • 1/2 c Irish whiskey
  • 1/8 ground nutmeg
  • tbs dijon mustard
  • 1-2 lb lean corned beef
  • 12 carrots
  • parsley

Cook beef generously brush with glaze. Toss carrots with glaze.
