Cilantro Jalapeño Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head Cabbage Sliced Thin
  • 1/2 Head Purple Cabbage Slliced Thin
  • 1 Whole Jalapeño Sliced
  • 1/2 C Milk
  • 1/2 C Mayonaisse
  • 1 t Rice Vinegar
  • 1 T Sugar
  • 1/4 t Cayenne
  • 2 C (?) Cilantro Chopped

Preparation

Step 1

LARGE BOWL: Add Cabbage & Jalapeño, Mix.
MEDIUM BOWL: Add Milk, Mayo, Vinegar, Sugar & Cayenne, Mix.

Add Mixture to Cabbage, Toss, Cover & Refrigerate 2 Hours.

Serve & Add Cilantro.
