Ingredients
- fresh croissants
- eggs fried
- bacon cooked medium
- thinly sliced deli hickory ham
- American cheese thinly sliced

Preparation
Step 1
Cook the egg with the yolk broken to your taste.
Fry bacon to medium doneness.
In the same pan after disposing of any excess bacon grease, lightly fry the ham.
Cut croissants in half, and layer egg, bacon, ham and cheese.
