Banana Chocolate Chip Waffles

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 2 c flour
• 1/3 c butter or applesauce
• 1 1/2 c skim milk
• 1/2 c mashed bananas
• 1 tbs sugar
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 c mini choco-chips

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs in bowl - 1 minute.

Beat in rest of ingredients, except choco-chips until smooth.

Stir in chips.

Pour 1/2c onto waffle iron.
