  • 3 – 5 LB BOTTOM ROUND ROAST
  • 2 TSP KOSHER SALT
  • 2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  • 1 1/2 CUP RED ONIONS
  • 1/4 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 1/2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
  • 1 1/2 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
  • 1 CUP RED WINE
  • 2 CUP BEEF STOCK
  • 1 TSP THYME
  • 2 BAY LEAVES
  • 3 CHOP CARROTS
  • 3 CUBED POTATOES

Preparation

Step 1

TRIM MEAT OF EXCESSIVE FAT , PLACE
ADD ALL INGREDIENTS INTO DEEP
BAKING DISH, BAKE IN AT 350F
2 TO 3 HR OR TILL DONE
