Breasts Baked in Mustard

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup soft breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Cut the chicken into 4 equal pieces and pat dry with a paper towel.

Brush the mustard onto both sides of the chicken. Roll each piece in breadcrumbs, coating thoroughly, and then gently shake off the excess. Place on a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray.

Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
