Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • Little salt
  • Little black pepper
  • Little oil
  • 3/4 cup matzoh meal
  • 1/3 cup water

Beat eggs, add water, salt, pepper, matzoh meal, and oil
Refrigerate 2-3 hours
Cook 3/4

Mix – cover and bake for 50-60 minutes at 375
