Ingredients
- 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 1 can Cream Cheese Frosting
- 1 package Chocolate Bark (white or milk)
- Wax Paper

Preparation
Step 1
Bake cake as directed for 9x13 dish. After cake is cooked and cooled completely, use fork to crumble and place into a large bowl. Mix thoroughly with frosting. Roll mixture into quarter size balls and place on cookie sheet. Chill for several hours. Melt chocolate in microwave per directions on package. Roll balls into chocolate an dplace on wax paper until firm. Use a spoon to dip and roll in chocolate and them tap off extra.
