- 1/2 CUP COLD COOKED OATMEAL
- 1/2 APPLE, CUT INTO LARGE CHUNKS
- 1/2 TSP CINNAMON
- 1 SCOOP VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER
- 1-2 PACKETS SPLENDA TO TASTE
- 2/3 - 1 CUP WATER
