Cheese Grits

  • 1 cup Grits
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese (or Velveda) Butter

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water, add salt. Stir in grits slowly, stirring. Return to a boil and reduce heat. Add about 1/4 pound sharp cheddar cheese and serve hot when cheese is melted.
