Ingredients
- 4 lb chuck roast cover with water
- Handful of cloves and onion quarters
- 3/4 cup to 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- 5 tablespoons butter
- 3 to 4 bottles chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 5 tablespoons worchestire sauce
- 2-3 teas chili powder
- Add sugar and salt to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Cover and simmer low for 2 and a half hours or until meat falls apart
Cool break apart shredding motion remove fat set aside
Add sugar and salt to taste
Cook 2 hours on low add beef when done
