Ingredients

  • 4 lb chuck roast cover with water
  • Handful of cloves and onion quarters
  • 3/4 cup to 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 3 to 4 bottles chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons worchestire sauce
  • 2-3 teas chili powder
  • Add sugar and salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cover and simmer low for 2 and a half hours or until meat falls apart
Cool break apart shredding motion remove fat set aside
Add sugar and salt to taste
Cook 2 hours on low add beef when done
