Chocolate Pie (Vera's)

Ingredients

• 1 – cup of sugar
• 1/2 - stick of butter cut up (not margarine)
• 1 – tbsp. Hershey chocolate
• 1 – small can of evaporated milk
• 1 – tsp. Vanilla flavoring
• 1 – tbsp. Flour
• 3 – eggs (separate yellow and white)
• 2 – pie shells

Preparation

Step 1

Brown pie shells lightly, sit aside.
Mix above ingredients (except egg whites) in pot on burner, stirring until thick.
Pour chocolate mix into pie shells.
Beat eggs whites and a little sugar until stiff. Pour on top of chocolate mix and put in oven few seconds until top turns slightly brown.
