Angel Food Coconut Cookies (Macaroons)

Note: Be prepared for these to spread out on the baking sheet; they do not stay mounded like regular macaroons. But they are very good!

Ingredients

• 1 box angel food cake mix
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup unsweetened coconut (do NOT substitute sweetened)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together in a bowl. Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking oil spray. Drop the mix by spoonfuls onto the parchment. You should be able to get 30-40 cookies.

350 degrees, 10 minutes
