Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked salad macaroni
  • 1 (10oz)pkg frozen peas
  • 3/4 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 (5oz)cans chicken
  • paprika(optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni until tender. Rinse in cold water, then drain. Rinse peas until ice is gone, then drain. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. If desired, sprinkle paprika over the top, to taste. Cover and refrigerate at least 4hrs.(Flavor is best if it's refrigerated overnight)
