Rice – Broccoli Casserole

White or brown rice can be used, or a combination of both. Delicious either way.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice
- 1 med-large Onion, sautéed
- 2 pkgs. Chopped Broccoli (or fresh, cook if tough)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken or Celery Soup
- 8 oz. Process Cheese
- 1/2 soup can Milk

Step 1
Cook rice. Set aside. Sauté onion & set aside. Heat soup with milk & cheese until cheese melts. Toss rice, onion and broccoli together. Put into buttered casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over top. Cover and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Remove cover last few minutes and brown.
