Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Nonfat powdered milk
- 5 scoops Protein powder
- pkgs Splenda
- 2 cups Rice Krispies OR 1 1/2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 3/4 cups cold water (maybe a little more if necessary) (question this measurement!!!)
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together (powdered milk, protein powder, Splenda, oatmeal)
Stir in peanut butter
Slowly add cold water a little at a time until you have a little bit less than a cup in the mixture.
Stir until a thick paste texture.
On a cookie sheet, cover with wax paper and sprinkle with no-sugar added cocoa powder (baking type)
Scoop the mixture onto the sheet in little balls. Sprinkle more cocoa powder and place all in the fridge for 6 hours.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes - check!
