- 2 CUPS CRUMBLED CORNBREAD
- 1 CAN ENCHILADA SAUCE
- 1/2 t. SALT
- 1 1/2 POUND HAMBURGER
- 1 - 10 OZ CAN TOMATO SAUCE
- 1 CUP MEXICAN CHEESE

Step 1
MIX HAMBURGER, CORN BREAD, SALT, HALF OF THE ENCHILADA SAUCE, & HALF OF THE CHEESE. SHAPE INTO 1" BALLS.
BAKE 350 DEGREE
18 MINUTES
WARM REMAINING ENCHILADA SAUCE AND TOMATO SAUCE. WHEN MEATBALLS ARE COOKED PLACE IN SAUCE AND WARM. SERVE WITH REMAINING CHEESE.
