Ingredients
- 6 potatoes, boiled and peeled
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
- 3 to 4 slices bacon, microwaved until crisp, then crumbled
- 3 oz. vegetable oil
- 1 oz. cider vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbs. water

Directions
Slice potatoes thin, put in bowl, and stir in rest of ingredients. Sprinkle dried chives on top. Serve at room temperature. Bratwurst or any other German wurst complements this.
