Greek Pasta with Feta & Garlic

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2-3 tbs. chopped garlic
  • 1/2 lb. feta
  • 2 lbs. pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Melt the butter in a pan and saute the garlic for a minute or two. Crumble the 1/2 lb. feta into the butter/garlic mix.

Stir slightly as the feta melts ( 1-3 minutes).
Drain the pasta you have cooked and place in a bowl.

Pour the melted feta mix over the hot pasta and toss.

The melted feta will stick to the pasta forming a wonderful blend fo flavors.
