Slow Cooked Blackberry Cobbler

Ingredients
- 2 (21 oz) cans of blackberry pie filling or topping
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsps baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour blackberry filling into slow cooker.
2. Cream sugar & butter together. Beat in eggs, 1 @ a time. Mix together flour, baking powder & salt; add to sugar/butter/egg mixture. Stir well. Slowly add in milk & continue stirring until well-blended. Top filling in slow cooker.
3. Cook on high for 3 hours or until dough appears done. Spoon out into dishes & top with ice cream or whipped topping, if desired.
