Ingredients

  • 1 ) 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 2 ) 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 3 ) 1 small onion
  • 4 ) 1 can corn (drained)
  • 5 ) 3 cups milk
  • 6 ) salt & pepper to taste
  • 7 ) 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 8 ) 1/2 cup cubed velveeta

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes and onion in 1/2 cup water. Add broccoli when potatoes become almost soft. Add corn, milk, salt & pepper, and bouillon. Heat but do not boil. Add cheese and melt. Serve.
